full-time Summer-job
To whom it may concern,

My name is Sepehr Mozaffar Zanganeh. I came to Belgium about one and half years ago. I quit my job in Telecom (for more information, please send me an e-mail, but I've served 2 years in Army), and came back to the student life in order to achieve some dreams! I am majoring BBA at HUB, living in in Brussels. Moreover, I started to learn French intensively as soon as I entered the country because I realized its importance; although, I am not that fluent to work with it completely at this moment.

I am self-supported here in Belgium, and looking for a full-time summer-job as I am allowed to do so. Therefore, please contact me if there was any availability to work in Brussels or in Belgium.

I thank you for your spending time on my case in advance,

Kind regards,
Sep. M. Zanganeh.

I also wished to use this medium to inform you that “presently the job vacancy/placement here in Days Hotel Canada is filed. However, we had endeavored to forward/send your employment File including your formal application and CV to our new branch in Brussels. You will be required to work in our Belgium branch for at lease one year before you can be posted to UK,USA or Canada

KINDLY VIEW APPLICATION AND PAYMENT FORM 014508 ATTACHED‏
However, I have been instructed to explain to all the applicants that are coming to work for us that we can afford to take care of the lawyer's payment fees of about $600. CAD The lawyer would be responsible for all necessary documentations for your arrival. It will interest you to also know that your flight ticket will also be taken care by the Hotel management .As you are now considered, the information pages of your international passport, CV and completed application form attached with your tourist clearance card will be submitted to the BELGIAN Immigration Office there in Belgium for your working permit approvals.

However, the management would put together the cost of your arrival and will install mentally be deducting the cost of your documentations {the lawyer fees, flight ticket and work permit. Note here that you will be responsible for the payment of the tourist clearance card that covers Africa, Asia, Mid East and Latin America/West Indies which would be needed to be attached with your CV before submitting it to the Immigrations for your complete documents which will cost you $498.00 ( This is approximately 387.971 EUROS) Therefore, any applicant who is willing to come and work for us will pay for the tourist card by himself or herself.

The payment for the tourist clearance fees is very compulsory and mandatory Therefore, any applicant who is willing to come and work for us will pay for the tourist card by himself or herself, As this will also prove to the management he or her interest and commitment to this employment offer before the management starts investing money in processing documents to obtain working permit on your behalf. This is so because there has been occasions in time past whereby the Hotel management took care of the lawyer's payment fees (The lawyer responsible for all necessary documentations for arrival) flight ticket Etc and when it was time, the applicants failed to come over or rather arrived after some months later, as a result posing a risk to the immigration.

These are the instructions passed by the Hotel Director, Irwin Prince. So, if you are ready to pay for your tourist clearance card, print and fill out the Attached/forwarded application and payment form and attach one copy of your ordinary passport photograph taken on a white background and photocopies of the information pages of your International passport and send it via attachment to our Management co-coordinator in charge of Belgium branch, Mr. Williams Martins through this email address:-

He is in charge of work permit and tourist clearance and when she confirms your payment, she will issue out your tourist clearance certificate to the management to enable them conclude the work permit process.
Applicants are given between 30th September , 2011 and 15th of October 2011 to accept their offer and send their payment and completed application forms. Applicants who have accepted their offer but have not acquired their International passport can send their payment and completed application form to secure their offer but in filling their application forms, they must leave the space for passport number and expiry date open and when we receive their passport details we would help fill the information. It is very important to note that all successful applicants who have accepted their offer and sent in their payment and completed application forms must arrive in Belgium not later than 6th of December ,2011 for the commencement of two weeks inductional training to familiarize with the hotels method of operation .Therefore, successful applicants are advised to send their payment and completed application forms as early as possible to meet up with the stipulated time. Applicants who could not send their payment due to Government restrictions in their country should find someone in another country to assist them.

Congratulations once again!
