my husband in uk got my passpot and i m in karachi pakistan ???
can any one help me plzzz ?
my husband is in uk in manchester. he was here for holidays in pakistan for 25 days from 9th janury to 6th of feb .
i by bistake packed my passport in his document now my passport is in uk manchester and i m in pakistan karachi.. my husband doesnt not know what to do ? how to send passport as no courier company carries passport as its iligal .
plzzzz help me . all my document is on that passport number and i need my passport to apply for my spouse visa. my email address is fashi0n_fairy@yahoo.com

unprofessional and unhelpful Staff
the staff need professional training, even with an appointment you have to wait. your questions are not answered they rush you around. I went in October 2014 and still my problem isn't sorted. they don't answer the phone and if they do they are not helpful at all. it's 10,000rupees to cancel a NICCOP card and here in Manchester they are asking me for £164...what are they playing at???
why cant professional service be delivered?

I feel ashamed that I attended this office yesterday the staff clearly are rude and unhelpful when I went to get my visa today ..Close this service it should be renamed Johnys n not gerrys as there seems to be a bunch of unhelpful staff making a mockery of innocent Asians by ripping them of with the fees n lack of professionalism who has put These people in charge ?????No card machine extortionate prices back pocket corruption needs to be investigated any journalists out there !!!!!!!

Very bacd customer service
The manchester office staff are very unhelpful and do not seem to answer the telephones when you call.

They are also unwilling to help with advice and queries, feel that the management team need to train staff on how to approach and deal with customers as they are representing pakistan.

They need to set up a system and approach that would make all parties life easier and simple when applying for ID cards.

very unprofessional service
I need to update my Pakistani Nationality card and have tried to ring the manchester office near enough on a daily basis since begining of December 2014... either no one answers or it is constantly engaged. I have also emailed in mid december 2014 and got an auto reply saying ' this email is to make you aware of the holiday period' but since then they have not replied to my email.. The staff should have training and be aware they are representing Pakistan.. come on guys where is your professionalism.

not very helpfull
I went to get visa for Pakistan to Manchester consulate he sent me to Gerry's visa office which was about 5 mile away and then I was told it will cost me £140 but he could have explain to that Appling a visa card would be cheaper about £40.my question how can they call them true Muslim all they think of money money money. they should know that when you come in this world you come with your kismet and when you go you with nothing

Consulate and Gerrys Office are seperate
After reading the Consulate comments, I feel disgusted at the Consulate's, for the following:
- Manchester staff are unprofessional and old,
- Manchester should have Gerry's and Vice Consulate in one place, so we don't have to travel 5 miles for a Visa,
- Manchester staff are scruffy dressed, they are supposed to be representing their country,
- Manchester staff don't realise we are doing them a favour and paying their wages,
- Manchester give NICOP appointments in 2 months time,

WHAT A JOKE, THE MANAGEMENT IN PAKISTAN NED TO SORT THIS OUT ASAP,

Chaos at embassy!
All i can say is the pakistani consulate in manchester is unorganised chaos!
What a stupid place it is, no manners no professionalism they are being paid to provide a service yet you are still made to feel they are doing you a favour!! Ridiculos waiting times no organisation! The consulate inside pakistan ATTOCK is actually 100% better neater cleaner & service is great!

If the employees of the Manchester Consulate of Pakistan are so unwilling to help people with their inquiries then why the hell are they working there? In all my years i have never seen such bad customer care. I dont need to put up with bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. In fact i'm astounded to read the amount of negative comments by people who have experienced customer care at various pakistani consulates across the country! Why on earth is no one in management doing anything to sort their staff out? I'm disgusted.
