improved management/services
Slam Every one.

Im very pleased with the service they provide me on 11 april 2015. I heard alot from my relatives about their rude behaviour n wasting time , undisciplined , unprofessional etc etc .
To be honest I was bit scared to go but ... so far I found it opposite of what ever I heard.

Still needs improvement but better then I heard from my relatives experiences.

Anyway just would like to thanks the people who gave my application proper attention N solved my problem.

Very poor, unreliable & unprofessional servie
Its very difficult to get the correct information; also phone line is continuously busy and one could not get an appointment.
Also, website doesn't exist and a consulate worker gave me a fictitious website address (which doesn't exist!!!)
Also they do not reply to e-mails...
What a mess!!! Totally unreliable & unprofessional team.
They think we are in a village in a remote area of the world.

TYPICAL OF MANAGEMENT OFFICERS DESTROYING ,THEY DO NOT HAVE A PLAN
HOW TO RUN OFFICE EG THE STAFF NICOP ARE WORKING VERY HARD 7 DAYS A WEEK . I WITNESSED OTHER DAY , NEARLY 150 PEOPLE WAITING FOR APPOINTMENT ,WHY DON'T EMPLOY STAFF .
I LIKE TO OFFER MY SELF VOLUNTEER WORK FREE
THE NICOP ARE THE BEST ,I LIKE TO SALUTE TO THEM,THE AMOUNT OF CRAP THEY TAKE SOHAIL IMRAN &SALMON SAJAD NUMBER ONE GUYIES GIVING SEVICE TO THE COMMUNITY CLLR M ASLAM JAURAH NELSON

What a bunch of cow boys, I thought I was back home in this place. Photo copy machine don't work.. It had a baby's shoe inside it, water all over the floor, seating area very cramed!

I would like to request all participants of this form to kindly e mail your suggestions and complaints directly to us on pak_consulate@hotmail.com or parepmanchester@phclondon.org
one lady on this forum did so and we were able to get her passport to Pakistan through diplomatic bag
I will reply to the issues raised by some participants later
but it would help us to improve our services if your complaints are specific and suggestions practical

I dont think any body in consulate is bothered from staff to the main people upstairs this place should come up to date with times
