Pakistani staff never answer any phone calls or reply to any queries. What are they doing there if they don't wish to work or help anyone?

Please note this I seen many small private offices they making nadra cards taking extra £20to £30 also in 14 day why don't government offices stop them because they are rishwat khour why can't you make in your office how you allows them

I was waiting for my passport for ages these paleeth paleeth bundeh were not working as they should have. Big shout out to the boys in Alum Rock yeah especially the pakhtoon lions.
I have my pasport photo copy but i have italian visa not aloud here can i make my paspart here plz answar me i want make pakistani pasport
Dirty Basters
Rude customer services on the phone, where do they get their training from. Pakistan definitely live up to their name. Unprofessional and money grabbing. Being Muslim should make a difference and show peace and care but not with Pakistani.
They are a bunch of idiots in the Birmingham office. Cannot do anything properly. no professionalism at all!!! Should be all sent back. The problem is from the top to the bottom in the hierarchy. Just ripping the public out of money!
NADRA is providing excellent service online no need to get in the queues do it online. i have applied mine and got my new id card within 20 days.
JOB well done by Nadra and Thanks to one of there employe in pakistan Ali Ahmed.
Actually my nadra card has beeen expired so i wana make new so what shud i do
