My experiences with the Pakistani Consulate in Birmingham
I recently had go to the new consulate office in Birmingham to renew my ID card.I am please to say that service and the system has improved a lot since I last visited the old office in Constitution Hill. The staff were very helpful from start to finish and the process was smooth. Many thanks to all the staff and keep up the good work.

Visit to the Pakistan Consulate to get documents attested - THE PROCESS
First I went to solicitor - It took 5 minutes and cost me £5 to get paper attested. The I went to Pakistan Consulate - The Process is - (THIS MAY SAVE YOU LOT OF TIME AND HASSLE) It took all day running around.
1 - Photo copy all document and 2 copies of ID card both sides
2 - Take 2 passport photo ( take lot of change and £5 note if you want to use their machines.
3 - Take passport with you.( Just in case)
4 - Be there between the morning opening hours
5 - Go to the counter. The clerk will give you a receipt to pay appropriate fee (£8 in my case)in the bank on ground floor.Once you have paid the fee in the bank you can go back to the clerk and hand in the paper to be attested. Take copy of the receipt with you.
6 - Collect the papers in pm opening times.
