Very rude they don't knw how to speak with people not very help full they askin to bring the ducuments which is nothing to do with visas and cost off visas is very expensive they need to cut down the visa fee and learn the good manners
Should bring the new staff who knows 2 speak like humens,
Some1 needs to send this staff back to pak and give them a donkeys to lok after them plzzz.
These men should be deported they are disgusting human beings

Awful service, The workers all need to be sacked as they are all in competent!!!!
We are getting forced into buying visas! At really high prices and we have no choice! People flying to india are paying £25 visa!!!! What is te reaso why we pay so much more you can pick a flight to India for £340-400 Pakistan £600-900 why? Is is just silly boycott Pakistan!!!!
or how to treat the public.they are arrogant useless and have no manners. why doesnt anyone incharge do something of these complains? or are we really wasting our time and money!
Ridiculous people !!! they behave so rudely, and wasting time....
They just ask stupid things to bring which they even don't check....
The documents which they ask have nothing to do with visa...
They want to steal more and more so the prices for the visa are unbelievably high.
