i experieced turture long time ago. birmingham cosulate is very unco-operative even staff has no respectfull manne.very old and bisable people stands in long waiting que .staff need training about customer services.in site bank has no facility to pay fee by card .forGod sake izzat karna seikho .stope hiring safarishi illeterate staff . kuch to appny watan kee izzat rakho .hope this feed back is not affecting me for any services i need in future as a revenge .God give u hidayat ....

These guys epitomise Pakistan. A corrupt organisation is what this is just as its a corrupt government. Problem is we don't complain enough in the right channels. These guys are rude, ignorrant, arrogant and wholly un-educated. Just like the Government of Pakistan.
They do not even answer the f***ing phone, but they are fast at taking your f***ing money, They are a bunch of cowboys, the building they are housed in looks like it’s been condemned for demolition but they are holed up in it like a bunch of rats, f***ing thieving rodents, sort your self’s out you’re a disgrace, you’re a disgrace to your country.
they are so rude. They dont know what they are on about and ignorant. I am going to sue them if they dont change themselfes.
Is it just the Pakistani embassy in Birmingham who give conflicting information or is it the norm where ever you go..?
I asked three different people the same question and got three very different answers, when I said the other chap previously told me "so, and so" the response was "he is new and does not know". needless to say non of them were happy when I asked how long they had been working there...!!
I am going to extend my child passport but to be honest I don't wanna speak to people working there pray for me I am goin to a mission literely
These people are so unprofessional rang them on thusday to discuss some paperwork. Went on friday 9th nov, 2hrs drive with four children arrived there and the building was locked/closed for Iqbal day. Nothing mentioned on website or answermachine. No value for other people's time, money.Have to go back on Monday again.These people have been employed and get paid to provide us (overseas pakistanis)a (good)service, but they pretending they doing us an favour. Get rid off them all!!!!
The staff are very rude, do not explain properly, there useless, just send them back absoloutley awful service.
