can anyone tell me if i need to attest my power of attorney papers then what i need to do n which office i need to contact.
I applied for a modification on my existing nicop to reflecty marital status and surname well after havingg my passport and all relevant documents. I received my card withbmy new signature etc but still my maiden surname on there! When I went back was told not an issue and I could still travel. Now I told I can travel using it and have to pay £140 for their incompetence!!!!
Where there hell are the regulatory bodies?

What kind of consulate is this? No response to telephone calls, emails or letters? Is there not a higher authority that can intervene and help people who are waiting for NADRA cards. Is this not a shame and a reflection of what Pakistani people are. Does anyone monitor this site? If not its about time somebody did. Just looking at the posts it looks like not a few but hundreds of people are airing disappointing views. Is this not shameful, Izaat conscious community that you all profess to be?

Personally I think we need here some competent staff, it’s just not the paperwork efficient also who got good communications as well as public dealing.
If you are so called representing your people in UK than at least you should respect them and deal with them as best as you can. Mind you these are overseas Pakistani nationals who are looking after you and your family back home.
Please please if you have got some manners do think about changing the system and provide every opportunity to help people in getting visa as well as NADRA card!!
