birmingham nadra office bad experinace
I went to the office to get nadra card done. very bad staff who don't know what they are doing and they are ripping people off.
Nawaz Sharif government is their to make money for their own benefit. the new rule they have brought in which is the appointment system is too long and all money is going to go to him.

Nadra office
I visited the birmingham counsalate with my family to get the nicop cards renewed.i must congratulte the staff for giving everyone the best of service possible in the circumstaces.three members of staff sit in a very small room, there is no privacy, photos are taken, personal details are revealed in front of strangers, standing, sitting and queing from the entrance of the building upto the desk of the employees.people with appointments, having to push in with the people without appointments. Is there any official who actulally reads these Comments? Please take us seriously and provide the staff with a decent working environment.i have never seen such an unorganized office in my life, not even in pakitan.I hope the counsulate officials will take urgent action.

The place is very unpleasant to be, we had to wait in a long queue which is truly appalling for some people like myself. There should be a waiting room for us to wait rather than standing for hours to be attended to. The staff are required to be approachable and informative but neither meet these requirements. You would expect to feel welcomed by the staff but instead we receive a cold shoulder. Also there is lack of privacy, needs more seating and more control over some circumstances that may occur. Please take this into consideration and I hope improvements are made.

Councillete- not dreadful- suggestions pls
Postal services - in favour of that.. But it need to be proccessed intime.. Fast service required..(max 3 - 4 Week)

Online NICOP Application Form / direct debit for all relevant payments etc

Online Automatic Appointment system - not to email which never response back.

Serious thinking required.. Please hire an intelligent people for one week and they could sort out everything for you.. Which will save you hassle of crap building choice/ Safe environment for staff and visitors/ Appointment systems and document handling for you..

I hope you pay attention to these points and get the system sorted once in for all.. Good luck

PAk Councilate
I hate to see these coments but i agree what you are all saying about location/people who work there but partially we are to blame too. We take ten people for 1 job, sit there, have a chit chat about their bull races/shadian/break ups/dog fights and other businesses and dont let people over there to do their jobs properly.. There is no system because we break it on the same day it gets implemented and we go back to same old same old way of working... I have a suggestion which councillete may like or not but will say at least and ask all visitors to do the same to suggest how they should make it better...
1- counters need to be arranged in a row.. So people dont have to go from one room to the other... Mr. Councillor think about it..
2- Staff windows should be created and people pass relevant documents through and proccess efficiently.. Like banks do.. For photos special window..
3- Visitors please do go prepared with all the relevant documents required for your visit.
4- Smile and talk normal with Staff/visitors.. We are all human and give and take respect.. No one should think they are better than other person.. Allah is the judge for that..

More Rotherhams in making
N. Rahman says "..side the building is crap and it seems we are in Pakistan". Great why need a visa to go there if you are already there. Do a favor go to your dearest Pakistan and never come back. UK's girls and children have been abused by sick Pakistani men and we do not need any such people here. Long live the Queen. Hail Britain.
