Very poor service, staff need training and i wud rather pay for my visa then go through this hassle!
Just earlier I rang British embassy... Polite, listen and enquiry completed. Few options to choose and go through to the right person... Just what you would expect from any embassy and basic manners of thank you.
Called these fools... No one answers!!! Hahahah so kept calling and next thing is them just putting the phone down on engaged!! No wonder we are years behind other countries.

dear all, the new consulate building will be inaugurated in the month of August 2015. It is a three storey building with facilities like car park, lift , toilets for disabled, women and Men. They will have NADRA and attestation on ground floor, MRP and visas on first floor and community hall on the top floor. It is located close to Broad street.
If I had my way I would sack most of them. They are only fit to beg on the streets for their keep. Most of them are wearing shirt and tie and think they are better than everyone else I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire. Wankers!
EMBASSADOR OR HIGH COMMISSIONER SHOULD MAKE SOME MECHANISM TO BOOK A DATE FOR ID CARD, ALL 365 DAYS HAVE BEEN BOOKED BY PUBLIC OR PLAY OF STAFF TO SELL IT FOR MONEY AND TO REDUCE WORK LOAD, STUPID EMBASSADOR SHOULD WATCH IT

I saw so many bad comments about High commission..but i went their after long time and submit my passport .it is so essay no hazel every one soft spoken .i am 100% happy .with every thing except some thing need to clean in the building
