Comments on this Consulate
As a professional person I can only describe my visit to Bismillah Building like going to a cattle market. I can only describe the organisation as a Shamble. On the web it's described as ' Pakistani Consulate' - you would expect a welcoming atmosphere, a clean organised office with professional staff. Instead you see a filthy building with horrible atmosphere and staff who are rude, arrogant and 'stupid'.
British Passport Offices manage 56 million applicants yet Pakistani consulate has difficulty managing it's backyard let alone other people. I feel ashamed to call myself Pakistani!!
Pakistan is actually worse now than it was in 1947.
Corruption and greed will never move Pakistan in million years!!!
I am very sorry to say that paki staff shame they bring basd law in UK people of Pakistan are chamchay our leaders need on there face when they come all they need kutayki bone on there mouth
Needed to make an appointment for a Pakistani ID card. Not surprisingly, no dates are available. I was shocked are you seriously trying to tell me that people have booked appointments till the end of the year. Surely not that many Pakistanis live here!! Unable to make an appointment , what a complete and utter shambles.
The building in Birmingham together with all the corrupt workers there needs to be blown up.
I have decided that I will just have to bear the expense and get a Visa, then once in Pakistan I will make the ID card there.
That appears to be the better option between the two hells!!
Pakistani consulate in Birmingham is waste of time. Staff is not trained, rude and non cooperative.i do not want to say more. Only thing I want is there should be a Kashmir consulate
Well the aforementioned comments are quite irrational as I have been to nadra office many times and since March the service has been improved significantly staff is soft and polite towards the public. However, the non answering of phone call is deficiency of staff in office,a senior volunteer works in the office trice a week and he answers the call and even make calls to those applicants who are having problems / rejections in their NICs so dear Pakistanis please be positive and try to portray the good things not previous experiences. Besides Manager NADRA the new consul General is also very helpful towards the public.please be positive Pakistan Paindabad
who designed the flipping website?????What's the point of it?????If the bloody calendar doesn't even go to next year. Was really glad to hear that instead of going to that dump bismillah building and seeing those horrific faces I could make an appointment online. But guess what the Pakistan had to show their professionalism and create a website which firstly u can't even google it and secondly the calendar only goes to December. Which means I can't go to Pakistan for the next 6 months. When you enter bismillah building its like a scene of a horror movie. Where all these people are trapped and the staff are some freaked paranoid individuals who want to just kill you for no reason. They have no respect for their people or country. Shame on you ppl. Utterly disgusted and ashamed of u!!!! You get better service in Pakistan. Go bk to wer uve cum from. U r a disgrace on our community.
Need a new nadra card and no appointments available this year and the calender doesn't go to next year. No wonder they treat pakis like everywhere. Bismillah building birmingham, should call it house building. Visa works out £136.
Im not here to insult anyone nor i have the right to do that.because we should look at ourself before we point the finger at someone else.i too had bad experiene as well at the nadra office .staff is not helpfull at all very rude.if they are taking so much money in fees they need to have a better system then a current one.3 to 6 months waiting too long.seems like fat cats are getting fatter.people like us are paying and suffering
Solution to the problems the foreign Pakistani face while dealing with embassy is untrained staff according to the public. In UK we live in a systematic environment but as soon as one walk into the embassy we have staff who have been on assignment from Pakistan and have no training wot so ever to the staff in handling general public in UK. I stressed this point to Mr. Wajid Shams ul Hassan but again it will need funding and it has to come from Govt. of Pakistan. If Pakistan High Commission train their staff trust me every thing will be organised. One day
