Please what are my requirements for getting a new passport? I lost the one I had.
I only have with me: police report, Data page of my passport, a valid visa page of my passport, and 5 recent passport photos.
Please will that serve my request?

I apply for nigerian passport today on 5 of march 2016 online...but the appointment date they gave me is very far 27/09/2016,I can not make because I need the passport in a months..what can I do
