passport collection
The process of international passport processing at the Embassy in Rome is not only pain staking but also embroidered with sharp practices. The rasta man and his colleague at the gate liaise regularly with the other officer behind the lady in the capture room. They act like kings and queen amidst our nationals who displays all kind of shameful behaviours. My concern here, however, is that the embassy should find a way to displaying on the net if processed passports are ready. On my part, I have been processing mine for upwards of eight months.
