Comments on this High Commission
Iwas at the Mission this week for my passport application and it was so swift and organised over there. There really has been a tremenduos change and I will like to give kudos to the passport officers who have given a new impression about processing the nigerian passport compared to what it was in the past. I am very grateful for your service and thanks to the High Commissioner too.
Am so angry cos half of the post complianing about helen is being deleted every day. Helen insult people like as if she gave birth to them. Helen wouldnt even listen to your plea and she so piss me off the other and i gave it to her. and one thing that pains me the most is that nobody will even look into this matter. but i know God will look into it and Helen will one day face her match.
Someone please save us from the hand of wicked madam Helen
Why are we deceiving ourselves? Why are we Nigerians not standing to say the truth. Helen is one of the most heartless woman on heart. She treats people like hell. What are all this comments of praises when she has turned the embassy policy to her own rules. Helen is not human, and one thing am sure God will disgrace u out of that office soon. She tells u u can't have ur lost passport reissues, when you have all required documents to get a new one. U will wait for 6weeks to get ur passport sent to u. Helen have no friends in her office and u can that team work. Tony her boy boy is jus another THING.
I applied for a nigeria expedited visa and up to now, have not received any response from them. I just missed my flight and they are still with my passport. i contacted them to send back my passport but the person who answered the phone shouted at me and dropped off the phone. what a shameful image the are representing the nigeria outside. no wonder they will always have a bad review..
the official price to obtain the e passport here in nigeria is 9500. it is posted in the internet. but we here in nigeria we have never for once pay 9500 to get our passport, any time we get there they say fee is 15,000 or 16,000 if you want to say what you know, then that grammer is not recognized in the dictionary. paying 50dollars abroad is not much. a 100 dollar is 16500maira. so please guys over sea stop complaining on your 50dollar payments. its half the money we pay here in nigeria.

I want to use this opportunity thank Mrs Helen and her passport team for their dedication to work and the great assistance they render to all Nigerians that visit the Mission.
I was at the Mission this week on the day of the snow storm and Madam promised giving all of us our passports for the risk taken to come to the Mission on that day. We were all so happy and she kept her promise and we all left the Mission same day with our Passports.
This is the kind of service and dedication needed at our embassies and I want to show appreciation once more by saying a BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL.
WHY IS MY GOVERNMENT ENRICHING A FORIEGN COMPANY WITH OUR PASSPORT SERVICE. SO MANY NIGERIANS DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARDS AND THIS VISA SERVICES ON 275 SLATTER STREET OTTAWA ON THE 9TH FLOOR CHARGES NIGERIANS $50.00 per an application to enable him/her get our passprot. This is shameful and embarrasing indeed.
please does anyone have the contact number of the high commission besides the 613 236 0521. Thanks.
PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER I AS A LAWYER, SHOULD COUNTERSIGN MY CLIENTS LETTER GRANTING CONSENT TO THE NIGERIAN HIGH COMMISSION IN OTTAWA, CANADA FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NIGERIAN VISSA TO VISIT NIGERIA FROM OCTOBER, NOVEMBER 2013
