Many thanks to you Madam Helen and the entire staff at the reception area.
It is very interesting to read this page which truly coincides with the talk Madam gave to us at the Mission about some people giving a bad image to the officers, Mission and the Country because they come in trying to beat or cheat the system by multiple applications, and when caught or rejected, they falsely accuse or vent their anger for being rejected or caught doing wrong.
Madam gave us the talk about the long term effect of our actions which not only affect us personally , but our relations, children and friends in a host country. I think just like Madam we should think about our actions in the long run.
I got my passport within 3 days faster than i have ever gotten it having lived in this country for 18 years.
Let us give thanks and honour to where it is due.
Thank you Madam Helen and your Team, you have made a tremenduos change at the Mission.

It is her job and that is what she being paid for. I read all sort of nonsense post here. I have been on my passport renewal now since January. I have not been able to pay online, my two cards were declined even though I use them for normal transaction here in Canada. None of the numbers are functioning. Seems someone at the other end is paid to cut every incoming calls. What a shame on Helen & Co.

Incredible and unbelievable! It is so unacceptable that man comes late into the embassy and starts harrassing and insulting government officials.
I was at the Nigerian embassy for my visa on the 4th of december, and this Nigerian rasta man arrived late at the embassy for consular services and having been informed by the lady in charge, he started shouting and harrassing the poor woman. He went as far as threatening her that she has not seen the last of it.
I am not Nigerian but think that the Nigerian government should do something about the security of its officials.
It is gross indiscipline to come to your embassy and harrass officials in the presence of other nationales.
We are all Canadians and I took a photograph of him and will use it when neccessary.
