What are the requirements for TWP?
Greetings,
I have a newborn baby with my Nigerian fiancè and we wish to have Nigerian passport for our baby but there's no Nigerian embassy here in Cambodia. Is there any way that we can send the documents to your embassy for passport processing or can I send one of my family member there in the Philippines to apply for the passport? Or should we wait for you to come here in 2018? But when? Please tell me what to do. And Please I need your immediate reply. Please reply on this email:

Greetings! I am a Filipino citizen and would like to know if there are any implemented rules or directives from your embassy on how you can help your Nigerian citizens here that are stuck in our country who are either over staying, have no means whatsoever to pay for traveling back to Nigeria. There are Nigerians here who desperately need your attention to help them to go back home. Its a pity that help can only be provided to your citizens if there is money involved. Its an embarrassment to your country to put an embassy here in the Philippines with no means to help out your own countrymen regarding their papers. There are nigerians who have gone through tough times and have lost money and therefore have no means as of the moment to pay the charges of immigration. Also I am wondering if you are aware of ongoing crimes happening between Nigerians specifically living in las pinas. There have been reports of Filipinos making complaints of threat and robbery their Nigerian husbands have received due to quarrels with money. I strongly suggest you revise the information of your countrymen and women living in my country who desperately need your help and attention. It is a disgrace to your country that a mere mention of Nigerian automatically results in a bad image. Please provide means to help out these people and have the necessary arm to find out what is really going on in your own community.
