Hope you will reply this time please when the Nigeria Police is coming to Madrid for police certificate also please Nigeria should do something about this police certificate issue because before will receive the police certificate here in Spain is already expired and will can't use it is not easy to be paying 160Euros very year without making use of the documents. If will can be doing this police certificate here in our Embassy in Madrid i think is more better and faster.
