rubbish service
I called to ask a few questions.

These people are just so spectacularly rude and crap.

If you are thinking of going to Morocco. Dont. The joy of dealing with these idiots is just not worth it.

i called the embassy to enquire about a few details pertaining to a visa for Morocca. i live in Durban.i spoke to a lady by the name of Natalie who was highly rude and unprofessional. if a person is employed to receive calls from the public they should be more friendly and accomodating

Useless Embassy
These people telling my fiance she can't get married in S.A. She must go and get married in Morocco. They told her straight they won't help her to get any papers.

The dude she spoke to started asking her very personal questions and then refuses to help her.

Service Par Excellence
I would like to express my gratitude and absolute satisfaction with the service provided by the Morrocan visa application office in Bedfordview.

As I had an urgent application to submit on behalf of my relative who asked me to assist,My husband and I arrived at the visa office and Mr Keent was ever so obliging to assist as best he could .

He actually made calls to the Embassy in Pretoria and made arrangements for urgent assistance, to expedite on the processing of the visa. The normal time frame of processing an emergency visa is 48 working hours ,but inspite of their systems going offline , Mr Keent actually overruled all policies and requested it be processed and the visa was indeed processed in less than 24hrs.

He is truly a man of honesty and ingetrity, and he promised he would call me even if it was in the late hours of the evening and he did indeed.

We are so much in need of such wonderful people in our midst that go the extra mile to assist in every possible manner they can. I am truly impressed and would like thank Mr Keent from the bottom of my heart for his excellent service.A 10/10 from me.

No single entry visas
Good day. As I could not obtain a visa directly from the Embassy I have been forced to use a 3rd party travel agent at a cost of R800.
I have just had an SMS from them now telling me that the Embassy has run out of single entry visas so I will have to pay for a double entry visa, an additional R200. This is no fault of mine.

Initially I was told that the process would take 6 working days, but the SMS now say 14 working days. This means that I will not be able to travel as the visa won't be issued in time. I have prepaid for the complete trip. I will have to check with my insurance to see who will cover the cost of my losses. And I was really looking forward to this tour.

Disgusting Treatment
I have just phoned and spoke to a very rude man, after throwing my toys he told me we can come there to the Embassy Monday to Thursday 10h00 to 12h00, in person to do our Visa but initially he told me they won't do it there and when I asked why he said "Because I say so". I told him he's very rude and he said "Thank you". It seems you will have more luck doing it through the agency in Bedfordview. I have second thoughts about even visiting this country if this is how they treat people.

Moroccan visa application
I am getting no answer from the number to call at the Moroccan Embassy. I heard about an office in Bedfordview & there I spoke to a person who said all applications can be submitted with them. This costs R 800 per application. Anyone who can verify this please?
