VISA
Had a fantastic experience. Brilliant service. Friendly and when I collected my Visa a superb sense of humour from the staff.

Thank you

Bad manners
Receptionist worst manners I have ever encountered.
Treat people with no compassion. Rude. Embassy people don't realize how important it is to create a good impression. Lots of people want to travel to Morocco but are put off by the embassy. They costing the country millions. They even treat their own citizen
Like crap. I witness it first hand. Bad bad bad. Must be the worst embassy staff in SA
Bad service

I am a moroccan women married to a south african citizen
We phoned the moroccan embassy in Pretoria about 2 days ago, but received no answer.
Today we called twice, the lady answered.
My husband wanted to ask the consular about a few détails. We did our muslim Mariage in south Africa. We wanted to register it at the moroccan embassy in SA.
The SA embassy in rabat doesn t recognize a muslim mariage, so I came to SA for civil mariage. Now It s done .our thanks to home affairs in Soweto for All their Help and Their excellent services. The lady at moroccan embassy answered:* It s not Possible to speak To the consular, You must go to get Married in morocco or your have to come in person to the M.embassy*.
We live far away From Pretoria and We have followed All the process. She Can t understand.
Now my husband is working. he Have not time to loose.
We are desapointed By the poor Services. She Was Really Unhelpful.

Frustration with the Moroccan embassy in Pretoria!
I am shocked and perplexed by the inefficient system used at this embassy. We are meant to leave to Morocco next week. I submitted my application over 8 working days ago from today (16 October), through an agency, following the process the embassy set out accordingly and paying the full fee required. The embassy website and all agencies states 4 - 7 working days for visa applications to be processed. Now we are told there is a delay (without any further explanantion or corroboration) and we can get our visas immediately if we come in person to the embassy. How is it that applications submitted 8 working days ago are not processed whereas if you are at the embassy, it can be done the same day??? We live far away from Pretoria and followed procedures from the embassy to the tee only to be left with this major problem at the last minute.

This is poor and unacceptable service. Should our visas not be ready on time, I will be claiming the full value of the holiday spent to date from this embassy.

Adding to the frustration is the fact that the Visas department is only opened from 9.30am to 11am everyday and Natalie, who answers the phone is extremely unhelpful and rude. I cant understand how any functioning business can only be opened for 1.5 hours a day??
