my wife and i were uneasy to visit the embassy after all the bad comments we read. the gentleman who assisted us, Khalid, was very friendly and most helpfull.
im moroccan citizen etc..i had many crap a experience with our embassy ..if i want to renew my passport or Id OR any anothers decuments my head gt white!!?
PHONE CALLS NO ONE ANSWER+++ IF U LUKY AND SOMEONE ANSWER WITH SLEEPY VOICE AND MIND,,,,JST THEY SAID U HAVE TO COME IN PERSON WHENEVER U ARE,EVEN IF U LIVES IN MORE DN +-800 KM...JusT TO TELL U REQUIREMENTS.
+ Opening time only after 10 am and 1st embassy in SA they closed>> so if u far and reached after 1pm maybe u will wait till next day...
anyway this is only some of hard time we always gt whn thinking to go to our lovely embasssy !!!

I was not at all happy with my embassy in Pretoria and elsewhere, and unfortunately the comments I have read depict truly what my embassy looked like there. But today in my phone call with one of the members of the new team, I was really very delighted to talk to him and felt that things are changing for the best. Actually, this initiative of receiving feedback from the people on the embassy's website is a courageous step towards an improvement of the services in my embassy.

Very unhappy! You keep on giving visas to missionaries such as Louwrence Scheepers, who has been black listed by your own government! You should at least check their past and the harm they caused to your people!!!
