I m Pakistan national, I have invitation letter and my visa issued from Moldovaia through my friend. She sent it through mail but for some reason that mail is not yet received. Plz advise me , if I can reissue same visa with or with out any cost from turkey embassy just on the basis of my invitation letter? And how many days it will take ?

I am robin want to visit Moldova can some one arrang e invitation letter.for.me.
if you have invitation from ministry of moldova .you will get visa in 1 day .and visa fees is 90 euro
