I am a canadian citizen who is currently residing in Turkey. I am landing in Istanbul from sydney. I need a moldovian visa for a stay for 1 week as my son is tudying in Chisinau,MD. I have a invitation letter from University. I am landing in Istanbul on morning 14th can I get visa in few hours . I have to board chisinau flight at 3pm. Can I get visa before 12pm?. i need urgently as My sons graduation day on 15th in chisinau. Please reply
