I would like to apply for visa for Moldova,
I knew that your Embassy is responsible to issue the Visa in behalf Moldova embassy in Egypt and as far you are located in Turkey.
Please advice the following points
1.How can I apply for tourist visa from Egypt
2.How long time it takes to issue the Visa

My name is Mohamad Jalloul , I am from Lebanon , 74 years old and I was a general in the Lebanese Army , but I resigned from the army in 1997 . I would like to visit Moldova for touristic reason & to see my relatives at Chisinau for about 15 days .
I knew that your Consulate-General is located in Istanbul which is responsible to issue the Visa .I want to know the procedure how I can secure your entry Visa especially I got a Shengen to visit Spain & France before , its validity is 6 months till October 15 , 2013 and the duration of stay is 90 days & my passport is valid till february 2 , 2014.
Please can you answer me urgently , because I have to plan for a travel to Istanbul for one night to get the visa .

Im form Iraq, with citizen form Iraq. But i have a permanent residence in Norway, and live in Norway for always.. Just want to ask .. do i need a visa if come til Moldova as a tourist...i have some friends form university who i wanna vest them..
