I'm very glad to meet you .I heartily Respected Mexican nationality and I love Mexican People. Mexico is my dreamland. Yesterday, I apply for visa to go Mexico but I'm unable to get visa . I want to know what's my flat(Lack of visa producer ) for visa process . I'm unknown yet. Sorry, I'm not Good in English so i can't express aim to visit Mexico. Dear sir, Why i'm to visit Mexico? following region;

One of our buyer was keen to buy HMS 1 & 2 for his clients. We had introduced one company from Mexico and they had signed the contract and everything was decided between the seller and the buyer and buyer's mandate. They had agreed for a trial order of 1,000 MT and 3,000 MT per month on an annual contract basis. When the buyer and his mandate went to Mexico, on the invitation of the seller, for the inspection of the scrap, the seller told the buyer that the buyer is required to pay $ 5100.00 as advance payment so that they (seller) can pay the local taxes before dispatching the scrap. The buyer told the seller that this clause was not in the Full Corporate Offer as well as in the Sales and Purchase Agreement hence he will not be paying any advance payment but is willing to pay all the payments through LC against the documents, as agreed of the MOU.
The buyer and his mandate is very much annoyed now with us since we were the mediators for this deal. The buyer and his mandate had spent a lot of money for travelling to Mexico and now the seller is saying that he cannot execute this order.
This seller has spoiled the reputation of your country and now most of the buyers would be afraid of dealing the companies from Mexico.
Can your office extend any help on this important issue ? If you want I can come personally with all the signed and stamped documents so that you can see what best help your office can extend to the buyer and what penalties should be levied on the seller.
Any help on this front from your office would be more than welcome.
