I was born in Blantyre, Malawi. I don't have a birth certificate and a new passport because, mine will expire this year. How do i get those documents?

Iam a holder of a Malawian passport which is expiring in August 2015. Is it true that my passport is out of use and need to get a new one. I got it at Blantyre passport office in 2005. Currently Iam residing in Namibia & unfortunately there is no Embassy of Malawi here. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

I was born here in Zimbabwe and I hold a zimbabwean birth but all this years I did not know about my father but in 2009 he showed up and i i don't what to do because my birth is empty on father's place and now he need me to change my documents to suit my father's surname,is it possible ?
