My father is from Malawi I was born here in Zimbabwe which made me to get a Zimbabwe Id written Alian I did not Vote I don't get a Zimbabwe because I am an Alian how can I get Malawian Passport my father is still Alive. I only new my Late uncle from Malawi who used to work for Reserve Bank Of Malawi and later Malawi Import and Export Council Promotion his name was W Nakoma . Please help me . Our relation, Elliot Kapokosa, is in jail since June 10 following an accident he had while driving from RSA. We are reliably informed that the lawyer handling his case (although he was not hired) is trying to turn the case into a money making machine as he is demanding to be paid from all over (employers/family etc)
Elliot was released on bail recently only to be rearrested for overstaying in Zimbabwe (yet the guy was meanwhile in detention). The only logical explanation is that the lawyer is the one who tipped authorities to create a viscous cycle and ultimately turn the situation to his favour! Since we are told the the High Commission in Harare is aware of the issue, our plea as family is for intervention to end this saga. We pray for your kind assistance as we are running out of options. We have even gone further to court the HE on the same with the hope of striking some help somehow.
