Dear gents
I'm a lebanese man and my wife is Filipino. We have s son 3 years old now.
He got born in Philipine and when I wanted to register him in Kuwait they told me that I need to go to lebanese embassy in Philipine and apply for his registration from there.
So pls I'm asking your advice what do I need a papers there and do I need to bring my son with me as we are living in Kuwait.

My friend lost his passport a year ago , he have supporting details to prove that his passport was lost ? he have no courage to process it before , now his willing to process it? i wan to help him?what is the first step to process his passport ? thanks
