Dear Mr. Joseph F. Asaad ,
I just arrived to Lebanon and I am sending you this message to thank you for all what you have done to help me replace my passport.
I have tried to call you earlier from Philippines, but I was stuck with my Lebanese phone and I couldn’t figure out the right extension to contact you.
I wanted to thanks you for your efforts and tell you that I found my passport at Gulf Air (who claimed not to have it earlier!!... )
So again, thank you very much…
