hello good day,just want to ask if it is possible for me to get a police clearance since I'm no longer lived there,i worked in lebanon in 2005 to 2009,

My cousin has been working in Lebanon for eight years, and her working permit had been stopped by her employer and because she was married to a lebanese citizen and they got married and she wanted to change her visa status. Now she's here in the philippines right now. What documents she needs to prepare? and what status she will be applying? a resident visa or spousal visa? and how to obtain it?
