I got a offer letter from Kuwait Oil Tanker Co S.A.K for Project Manager Position.They asked me to contact Mr.MOHD SULAIMAN, their Agent who is working in the Kuwait Embassy for recognition and processing of VISA. The agent asking me to transfer amount of Rs.25000/- for Visa Process to: Mr.ANIL PIRJAPATI, INDIA CONSULAR, TEL +911165846216. NEW DELHI 5 A SHANTIPATH CHANAKYAPURI,NEW DELHI 110021.
So,I would like to know whether this offer is genuine or fraud.your timely response will be help me a lot also for others.

Recently i got a job offer from a reputed company in Kuwait and they are offering salary of 375 kd which include 100 kd for accommodation and 50 kd for food. I would like to bring my wife as dependent visa but minimum salary requirement is showing 250 kd in web site....Now my question 250 should be basic salary or total salary for dependent visa eligibility? My total salary 375kd so i will coming under eligibility or not?

He is telling me to deposit some amount in the account.
I want to confirm is this Fake Or Genuine .

You are being scammed. Do not send them any money. It is not really an embassy employee.
i get job offer letter and also invitation letter from cellendionbionbrados.co.in@ hotmail.com now he send me application from for working visa and ask me my document just i want to it ok or fake ilike to work in kuwait but just give conformation at my email-satheaslan@gmail.com
