I got a offer letter from KOTC for Project Manager.They asked me to contact Kuwait ambassador for visa process.The embassy executive asking me to transfer amount of Rs.25000/- for Visa Process. So,I would like to know whether this offer is genuine or fraud.your timely response will be help me a lot also for others.
