Tourist Visa
Hello,

I am from The Philippines, living n Shanghai. I am planning to go to Japan with my son for a short vacation (9 days). I am not traveling through any agency, just arranging everything by myself, therefore I don't have any invitation letter and I will cover all costs by myself. Please let me know:
1- tourist visa requirements
2- how to arrange an appointment to request visa in Consulate in Shanghai (or is it possible to get an e-visa?)
3- open schedule of the consulate in Shanghai
4- how long before my trip, do I need to apply for the visa?

Please kindly send me all info and application forms to my email: danalizen@yahoo.com

Thank you!

Short cruise excursion to Fukuoka in for 7 hours
Hi Japanese embassy,

I am Indonesian and has been working in Shanghai for a year. I am going for a cruise trip that has a short excursion to Fukuoka for 7 hours. Do I need a visa for that? And if I do, what sort of visa? As visa for cruise is much simpler.
Looking forward to the speedy reply.

Thanks.
