applying for visitor visa
I am a Thai student studying at Dalian Medical University. Around July 13, 2013 I will go back to Thailand and my family is planning to visit Japan on July 17, 2013 which leave me a very little time to apply for visa if I apply for it in Bangkok. Can I apply for visitor visa at Japanese consulte in Dalian? If I can, what documents do I need to apply for visitor visa and when should I apply? Thank you for your reply.
