Hello, my name is Denis Cadogan and I am currently teaching English in Shanghai. From mid-January next year I will begin a new position in Tokyo. I am waiting on my Certificate of eligibility to arrive from my new employer, so that my visa can be processed. However, I have to renew my current working visa for China first before it expires, so my window to process the visa for Japan will be very short. Basically I would expect to get my passport back in late December, so my question is if there is a fast track visa process for the space of about 2 weeks before I leave Shanghai? Thank you.

My department is going to Japan in Dec 18-21,2015 by group tour agent,im from Philippines but living in shanghai china for more than 10 years,i need your advice what is fhe best way to get visa so that i can join the tour,what is the requirements that i need to give the agent or i will go directly on Japanese embassy in Shanghai,i have a confirm flight on Dec.23 shanghai to philippines for my Christmas and newyear vacation.

Im living a d working to shanghai for more than ten years my department plan to to Japan for 4 days this coming Dec.18-21 in group tour package,the travel agency ask me that they are not familiar for the foreign visa processing.can you help me and give advice and what documents i need to submit ,how many days is the tourist visa processing so i can join the tour,i love to visit Japan even short period of time ,i really need to go back in china on Dec.21 as i have a confirm light to philippines for christmas holiday vacation.
