I been in Italian Office two days ago I didn't have a chance to speak with anybody on Serbian language or English. Albanian assistant's, forth of them, was more than inpolite and non profesional, they was asking some documents on Albanian language, some documents from Kosovo, Pristina municipality !!! and to translate all my supporting documents from Serbian into Italian, English or Albanian language. It is not exist even theoretical chanse that any Serbian from Kosovo will translate personal or any other document from Serbian to Albanian language. Thank to all team's members from Italian Embassy for nothing.

visa request
I am surprised that, when my Serbian girlfriend call your consulat in order to make a appointment she got the answer that she have to wait until the end of the month before she can apply for a tourist visa to Italy, As answer she was told by a woman in your office that the consul and everybody left for vacation 10 minutes later, when i was calling, suddenly everybody returned back from his/her vacation,
