How to renew my passport
Could you please provide information on how to renew my passport in the Manchester Consulate? I tried to ring the number in the website and was given a number to make an appointment. When I call the number a voice message provides the same message again without any means to be able to make an appointment. Before I make an appointment I want some information on what I need to take. There is nothing on the website providing this information. It shouldn't be so difficult to try to renew my passport.

dear Sir/Madam, my passport expired on 7/10/2017 and l started calling the Italian embassy in London two months before now to no avail. I finally called the ltalian consulate office in Nottingham and a Lady called Valerie told me that such service is no longer provided in Nottingham and that l need to complete a form (A.I.R.E) online. I have searched the website for days looking for this form, no link provided therefore making it impossible to complete. Please tell me how to go about this as l am getting so frustrated over the whole thing. Renewing a passport shouldn't be this hard. Holiday plans are on hold, l have family members to visit in ltaly this Christmas and a job interview of which a valid passport is required. Please help

Italian passport
This system is a complete disgrace and makes me ashamed of being Italian. I just don't know what to do next to obtain a renewal passport as the phone lines arent answered and on the three times I did speak to the consulate in Liverpool the lady there was the most rude, arrogant and unhelpful person I have ever come across. How can this be allowed?

I am Italian citizen (A.I.R.E) , my passport is expired , I've subscribed online to the ITALIAN CONSOLATE IN LONDON , the application to be able to book an appointment .
All this , after several hone calls , to a number that I've descovered is not even managed by the ITALIAN CONSOLATE , ( and the 75p per minute I've spent , more then five calls, when I'm waiting to speak to an operator the line dropped all the time . The CONSOLE , IN A DIFFERENT BLOG , ALSO STATE THAT ; ( 75p X minute of that number are not going to the consolate , but to the company THAT HOLD THAT NUMBER OPEN ) , although the CONSOLE HAS STATED THAT THE NUMBER IS NO MORE ACTIVE ! So the online application was declared successful from the web site (LA FARNESINA) hold all the main DIRECTION TO MAKE THIS WORK , ISNT IT ? I've left e-mail , phone number and addres to a company that I don't know if they are still in business with LA FARNESINA .
SO , I've waited and checked my e-mail for answers about my appointment . NO ANSWER AFTER 2 months .

I urgently need to go to ITALY FOR FAMILY REASONS , AND I SEE MY SELF IGNORED COMPLETLY , for no reasons , and I don't think , this should be the kind of service provided abroad, from ITALIAN TO ITALIAN . CONTACTING THE EMBASSY , IS RIGHT TO SAY , THAT IS LIKE WINNING A LOTTERY ( and there is a number open 1 hour only on Thursday night around 19:00h , called EMERGENCY )? So , although this complaint will not be delivered to the right authority, is almost useless , and it will leave me once again without updated passport , and I wonder why 2017 , all this is happening , when in previous years , everyone could go at the NEAREST CONSOLATE , sit in a waiting room , get received and looked after , when was the right turn , and leave with positive results .END OF DAY , ALL ITALIAN CYTIZENS ABROAD , go to embassy , just to be helped and be straight with the law too , so I really CAN'T THINK AT ALL , OF HAVING THIS PROCEDURE COMPLICATED BY THECNOLOGY, OR ANSWER MACHINE , THAT ONLY TAKE MY PHONE CREDIT AWAY , WITH NO FINAL POSITIVE CONCLUSION BY THE ITALIAN CONSOLATE TO ME ( and many other like me ) . This missed service , have , and is creating me so many sleepless night , and many arguments,and ripeted discussion with my family , that need me there urgently , it cost me money too , more the £300 in empty phone calls . Final , if I live in LANCS , IS MANCHESTER ,available to renew the passport , or it'll cost me a train ticket to London , after ,all useless phone calls to a CLOSED PHONE NUMBER RUN BY 3th party ? . Where is the rispect for conationals, while we Italy is constantly going all the way to over the SEA BOARDERS WITH NORTH AFRICA , FISHING CLANDESTINES , THAT MOST OF THEM ARE JUST CREATING PANIC AND CRIME AROUND THE NATION , AND JUST DESTROY ALL THERE IS IN FRINT OF THEM ?

Renew my sons passports
Hi i am italial national n also my 2 sons , but my sons passport is expired, it expired on the 3 of May 2017,
Their passport was valid for only 5 years as they were underage when they took it, can u tell me please what is the exactly process or what should i do. Thanks many regards
