I have invited an Ukranian friend to visit me in Italy
Apart fron the cost of the visa, the Consulate has requested her to produce 1000 euro (on a bank account). She will be totally invited by me in Italy for one week..:)) I also paid the travel agency the cost of the flight(samtravel@meta.ua)
Why I cannot produce an Italian bank guarantee for that amount?

Could you please give me information regading shengen visa for crew member working on the cruise ship, my husband is ukranian and he is working on the cruise ship on Carnival cruise line, and the company require shengen visa for the next contract as the ship is comming from USA to Europe. Could you please let me know how long is the process of getting shengen visa, and how to make aplication and request for date,

I am an American and my wife in Ukrainian. We would like to take a cruise in January. I do not need a visa but she does. I was told it would be difficult.
