Experiencing great difficulty in contacting the office. No response by telephone. Is the office closed for holiday perhaps? A little frustrating as web site contains extremely limited information.

Dear Sir or Madam
I have been calling the office for two weeks on every day. The phone is either engaged or continues to ring without anyone answering.
It would be very helpful to know when the Consulate is open. Tomorrow (Fri) I have decided to set off from Bath and visit the office. This is without knowing whether it's open or not.
I am sure the Consulate is helpful once you get an appointment but it seems difficult and inefficient to not publishing opening hours or not to answer the phone.
Today I went to Cardiff to renew my passport because London is such a hassle but I must give praise to the vice consul Mr Contino was most helpful nothing to much trouble I am very grateful to him thank you Mr Contino
Hi I am wondering if I am able to apply for a schengen visa at the italy vice consulate in cardiff? I have made an appointment but the address is different to this one...
