Its impossible to get through to the lines are out of order and the lady at the reception said she is too busy to read anyones mail. Is that a way of treating customers. She was not helpful and was very arrogant. It gives a bad picture of irish people as the lady is not of irish origin. Someone will have to step in
I have already applied for my Visa online, and have been trying to call the Consulate for confirmation of a date to appear there, but lines are out of order.
I went to the consulate, met the receptionist who was lazy(she kept yawning the whole time) and was extremely rude.
I live in another country and when I received my card in Kenya they wrote the wrong nationally and place of birth. They wrote I was from the Republic of Islamic, Iranian! I have asked for them to rectify the problem and they said there will be no problem. I seriously don’t think so! Can you help?
Passport taken going back to 27 of feb will need document. Please could you help
