Why such a rude attendant?
Its impossible to get through to the lines are out of order and the lady at the reception said she is too busy to read anyones mail. Is that a way of treating customers. She was not helpful and was very arrogant. It gives a bad picture of irish people as the lady is not of irish origin. Someone will have to step in

I have already applied for my Visa online, and have been trying to call the Consulate for confirmation of a date to appear there, but lines are out of order.

I went to the consulate,met the receptionist who was lazy(she kept yawning the whole time) and was extremely rude.

Problems with Alien Card
I live in another country and when I received my card in Kenya they wrote the wrong nationally and place of birth. They wrote I was from the Republic of Islamic, Iranian! I have asked for them to rectify the problem and they said there will be no problem. I seriously don’t think so! Can you help?
