I am mr: Binod from Nepal(with Nepalese Passport)residing in Bilbao Spain .I have Spainish Permanent Resident (larga Duracion UE ) permit, want to go to Ireland to work and live. Is it possible or not acording my status.

Para hacer 'Pareja de Hecho' yo necessito un certificado 'FE DE VIDA'. Mi Embajada en Madrid me remite al consulado de Bilbao para que me tramite el certificado 'Fe de Vida'. Espero tener noticias.
