What I should prepared for appling Visa
I'm a Chinese, with a 1-year-resident card (for work) of Spain. I'm working in a global company (US) in Barcelona, now I need to visit Dublin in May 25-17, for business issues. How could I apply the Visa to Ireland, and what kind of document I should prepare? do I still have enough time?

Thanks.

Health Care in Spain for Irish
I am an irish citizen, who was living in the USA and now I am living in Spain. I have heard that to have access to the public health system, I will need to have a heath card issued from Ireland? Can someone inform me of this process?
