I am a Latvian citizen living in Norway with my wife (Russian citizen with permit to live and travel around shengen states)
Before travelling to Ireland, called the Embassy to find out if my wife needs a Visa, since Ireland is not in Shengen, was told that she doesnt as long as she travels with me.
At the customs in Dublin was stopped with my newborn daughter and wife for over 2 hours for not having a Visa.
The customs worker was very ignorant and didn't care to listen to what i was telling him.
In the end my wife got a Visa Warning in her passport and they let us in just because we had return flight tickets.
This time we are flying one way as we don't know when exactly we are comming back. What should i do? :)

High profile indian film Director Mr Prakash Jha will be attending the 9th Bollywood film festival in Oslo's Lorenscoge Culture centre. He is leving India today...and and requested to me that if can visit to Ireland for a week. He doen't have an Irish Visa...could we visit teh Irish Embassy on monday and if the visa can be issue to him.
