When I asked in the embassy how would I know if my passport is ready or not, they said I should go to this website to know. but I can see nothing on this site to tell anything about the ready passport.
please clarify how would I know weather my passport is ready or not

dear council.my proplem in brife that they ask for hawea and gensia new one to renew my passport,but i dont have new am from bagdad and i lived in abudhabi since 2002.so my renew cannt be done cause some document shoud be done in karkok ,and karkok way is closed,so i need help from council hes the one who can processing my paper and renew my paaasport
just wanted to check my father passport on renew process is ready to collect

You are not the King of Earth.
As long as you are receiving salary, you are the servant of the iraqi people.
So go to work, answer the phone, or ensure that your staff do.
If you can't do that, give the job to someone who can do it.
its the worst website i have ever seen in my life.can some body tell me where are the instructions for renewing or extending the passport.and who allow the embassy or consulate to but an advertisments on our iraqi consulate and who is taking the money of this advertisments,i think we are not in need of this money.this is a msg to forign minister of iraq
NO REPLY , NO PROPER SITE , NOTHING HUMAN .
use getting money to help people and the is not good not answering phone and ignoring people
Its impossible that no one is working in the consulate, i spent more than one hour trying to connect to anyone, but i had the same auto-reply all the time that no body is available...
You dont need to keep the the phone service if no one will answer....
