Dont care attitude
I called Iraq Embassy Muscat asking for VISA details, the embassy staff (male) who picked the phone immediately replied by asking me to speak in Arabic, when I asked him to handover the phone to someone who speaks English he replied by saying that no body there speaking English. I am not supporting English to be a medium of communication in the world but the whole embassy not having someone to attend to visitor and keeping ignorant man as receptionist is ridiculous.
