Hi sir one of my friend came to Malaysia they told him that they will provide good job with good salary but the agent have put him in labour work which is not all suitable for him he asked the passport to go India but his agent has refused it to provide the passport so he came to hotel and waiting for the passport but there is no response from them they are saying to work for 1 year they will provide the passport please help him sir he wants go to India anyhow

I submitted my issue here 5 days ago. I got replies. Now an officer is contacting me. He is very best at his job. He is saying i can go back to my country legally and safely im just 500 RM. He is saying its very low cost because you are going with special package.
So i want to know whats a special package?

Dear Sir We are from saanvi packaging. We have been scammed 30%advance TT deposit sum of USD 8250 through bank transfer against PROFORMA INVOICE and balance 70% will be relese after goods arrives at indian at indian port.but after 30% receiving payment they sended us a bill of landing and other documents by mail of atlantic pecific logistics shipping company. after that they told us we have to make a 70% payment immigate to there different account in poland. after that we contacted to our bank our bank tolds us that this is scam we they dont make 70% payment to sellers other accoun. then we tell our seller and shipper that bank is not ready to to make a payment to your different account.

I am in Malaysia for about 2 months. I entered Malaysia using a 1 month visiting visa and have overstayed 1 month and. I want an outpass to return back to India.
I want to know how much will the fine be and how much time it will take for me to get the outpass. Will I be fined only or will there be any imprisonment penalty?
