JOB LOCATION: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
JOB DURATION PERIOD: 24 Months (2 Years)
START RESUME DATE: You shall be expected to report here latest by the 10th of November 2012 but you can fly down to Malaysia before then. Herein, you have been forwarded employers’ prototype of contract terms and conditions via e-mail (Attached) for your perusal and digest; on your satisfaction and agreement with the terms and condition, you shall be Expected to start your job processes and will be sent hard copy of contract documents through the DHL or FEDEX courier services for endorsement via your Local Representative. Agreements will also be signed during the job processes.
WORKING HOURS/ DAYS OFF/ PUBLIC HOLIDAYS:
Working hours: - 7 hours 30 Minutes (including meal time)
Working time: - 9AM – 4:30 (PM)
Working days: - Monday – Friday
JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:
All employees successfully screened and recruited to resume employment at this new RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY MALAYSIA must process and obtain their working visa, residence/work permit cards with the Government Traveling Agency here in Kuala Lumpur before their departure to Malaysia.
COMPANY EXPENSES:
RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY MALAYSIA will shoulder Employee’s Air Ticket and his/her families Air Ticket only if any, while Employee shall personally pay for their Working Visa, Residential/Work Permit paper which is about RM 2,690 RINGGIT and we shall repay all expenses back to you within three Working days of your Arrival to Malaysia, You are expected to keep receipt of all your expenses for reference Purposes.
REASON FOR THE PAYMENT:
RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY is taking this measure because of lost experienced in the past where Employees travel expenses will be paid and most of them turned RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY down when they get other offers. Be assured that your expenses will be returned back to you upon your arrival to Malaysia. This process will enable us to know people that are serious to work with us. This is New Company’s Policy and can’t be reversed.
ENTRY/WORK/VISA AND TRAVEL PROCEEDINGS:
You shall be required to start the process of your Working Visa Residential/Work Permit papers with the Traveling Agent here in Malaysia and also furnish us with the soft copies of the same via scan e mail attachment immediately as a proof of readiness to join the team in due date as stipulated above for your job resumption with the RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY and also to enable you receive your Two months’ upfront salary in advance including your due entitlements prior to your departure for services with RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY in Malaysia. However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid Malaysia Residence and Work Permits papers, they are to make contact with the address given for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of Malaysian Visa Residential/Work Permit papers should make contact immediately with the address given below for the directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of Malaysia working Visa Residential/Work permit papers with the SKY TOUR TRAVEL TOURISM LLC here in Malaysia.
CONTRACT TERMS:
RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY shall employ the employee for a 2 years Contract term with Full furnished Accommodation for you and your family (if any). This contract will commence from the agreement date. At the end of this period the both parties may agree for the extension of the contract. You are to sign contract Document and return copy to us immediately, and contact the Malaysia Government Traveling Agency at the Below Details and send copy of the signed Contract document and copy of your passport via email attachment to initiate the procurement of your Working visa, residential/work permit papers.
You are also advised to send RM2,690 to them which RAM-TECH GLOBAL OIL & GAS COMPANY WILL REFUND TO YOU AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE MALAYSIA. On 8th Oct 2012 I received a appointment letter from ASM hospital by email without any personal interview just on my CV which I had sent to Chary Construction Co a client of shine.com H R agency.for a position of Consultant Gynaecologist, they have offered me 12,200 US$/month with free 4 bedroom flat,free transportation,paid annual vaction with business class air ticket etc .They have given add of Solicitor Reza Rahim of george town of Penang with his emailId for processing of work permit & promised to reimburse the expendture I incur once the visa is processed they will give 1 month salary as advance to clear my bills etc at my home country,they have given the link to a site of this hospital WWW.andalashospital-my.co.cc does not open.
