My daughter was tortured by her mother in law and husband, it was upto such extent that she finally jumped from 10th floor to get away from all this. Its our strong suspicion that they have pushed her from 10th floor. God should punish such people

I HAD APPLIED FOR RENEWAL OF MY DAUGHTER'S PASSPORT ON 28.0711 VIDE BLS RECEIPT 3 1447891.
THIS IS SECOND TIME I HAVE APPLIED AS IN DECEMBER/10 APPLICATION PASSPORT WAS RENWED FOR ONE YEAR.
I TALKE TO MR. PRABHU LAST WEEK AND HE SAID A REMINDER TO INDIAN EMBASSY IN LONDON IS BEING SENT.
NOW AS OF TODAY LINE # 3070741 OF CONSULATE IS NOT WOKING.
I LOGGED IN SEVERAL TIME ON BLSINDIA SITE WITH NO RESULTS AS THERE SITE IS NOT WORKING
I CALLED # 3595454 TO ENQUIRE AT 12.00PM TODAY FROM BLS OFFICE. THERE REPLY BY A LADY WAS TOO MUCH CALLS SO LINE CAN NOT BE ANSWRED.
BLS SERVICES ARE VERY POOR AS SITE NOT WORKING FOR TWO WEEKS AND THEIER SERVICE S=CENTRE NOT TO THE MARK
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME??
