I AM BROKE! I AM BROKE!! - AN 'SOS' MESSAGE!!!
Respected Your Excellency, Greetings!
I met Mr MP Singh, Head of Chancery on 14/9/11 and 4 times after that. Also submitted two SOS appeals as my life was under instant threat from my estranged family, Court, Debtors, Credit Card etc. Despite repeated follow-up, except a heap of kind words, I have not received any reply even. I am bankrupt, 60+ years old, my small biz shut for more than 6 months, suffer from acute heart and diabetic problems and lives on alms from friends and acquaintances. My passport is impounded by the Court with a travel ban on a false maintenance expenses case filed by my money greedy 'business-woman' estranged wife and HR executive son. I am virtually on the street. I hope this message at least will get some attention to save my little left life. I strongly feel that the Indian Mission should do more to save distressed Indians, on time, and match kind words to deeds in cash and kind. So many lives can be saved if help extended on time. Prayers & Kind Regards

Want clarifications and guidance
Honorable Cousulate-General
I bring to your kind notice that my husband an employee in Dubai Airlines co. sponsored and brought his ex wife who is a divorcee and re married to some body else, to Dubai and made her stay in my house sharing my private bedroom, without either taking my permission or informing me when I was in India due to my parents illness. Upon return to Dubai, he went on lying and finally after 9 months of digging I got proof of her stay thru tell tale kitchen signals. However upon confrontation my husband admitted her visit but refusing to share her visa / ticket / passport informations with me. Since he is married to me legally what he did his illegal. How do I prove this, how do I retrieve her visit details, also is he liable for punishment, and where shall I report this. Since he sponsored thru Emirates Airlines promotion Visa, I couldnot get the details from his HR. Also he has her name in his Passport till now. Kindly advise me all the measures needs to be taken by me in detail.
Looking for your valuable guidance
With respects, Surya Latha

Housewife travelling to dubai with ECR stamp
Dear Sir,
I am an Engineer working in Sharjah from last 5.5 years. Recently my wife got new passport in India with ECR stamp, although she had applied ECNR while making the passport application under the category Engineer’s Wife (Dependent). She has not done SSC.
Now I got the house wife residence entry permit for her, I wanted to know that she can travel to UAE on spouse VISA with the ECR stamp on passport as she is not coming for employment.
She will be boarding from the IGI airport Delhi.
Please clarify, if is there any other requirement and the procedure to be followed.
Thanking you in anticipation,
Regards,
