How to deal with Job Sammer
From all the fake employment reported, they are all having similarity with below process:
1) Candidate received email with application/interview form from non official email address but claim recruiter on behalf of certain company, most of them from Nukri.com.
2)When candidates responded to the application/interview form, next likely letter of offer would be expected with contract package higher that what you are expected.
3)Series of paper work process related to work permit visa required candidates to pay advance money in advance.

In this regards, if candidates/victim able to identify that was a scam at the first place, the scammer will not able to succeed in that sense.

So, my comment to all job seekers, pls do this:

1) do not respond to any recruitment invitation if the email is not from the company itself. (eg: yahoo.com, gmail, msn, hotmail etc)

2)check with website searching engine, eg: job scam, the recruiter's name, company, travel agency, etc) any disclaimer or report lodge-in.

3) do not directly disclose out the scammer's true color as they might already have your personnel particulars and create unnecessary hassle to you.

Hope my two cents comment play part to alert all the job seekers and with all able to get desire job opportunity...
