EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES:
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses.
Employer however agrees to reimburse fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee; this is after employee must have secured his/her traveling documents from the EXPO Traveling agency.
The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.
NON-UAE RESIDENTS:
It is our official policy that our employees must pay for their work permit processing fees, as we have promised free visa to all employees and as a proof of the readiness to join our team, they have to contact the Expo Travels Agency.
UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES:
The two monthly salaries shall be paid in advance before Candidates embark on journey to assume duty. This is to enable candidates settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.
Employees (Expatriates) are to note that 2-month upfront salaries are paid as soon as Employees procure and process the relevant Resident/ Work Permit Documents from the Expo Traveling Agency UAE and submit it to the Human Resources Department for Verification.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party shall be responsible for any damages, delay in performance or failure to perform by Employee or Practice, if caused by any act or occurrence beyond its reasonable control such as embargoes, changes in government regulations or requirements (executive, legislative, judicial, military or otherwise), acts of war or terrorism, power failure, electrical surges or current fluctuations, lightning, earthquake, flood, the elements or other forces of nature, delays or failures of transportation, or acts or omissions of telecommunications common carriers. either employee nor Practice shall be responsible for any interruption in Services caused by an interruption in or failure of Internet services. Employee recognizes that any such Internet or network outage if lasting more than a single 10 hour work shift may, if Practice scheduling allows, be credited against Employee's vacation time or may otherwise result in a prorated reduction in the contract minimum cash payment to the Employee.
CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION:
Return of Property and Confidential Information In the event of termination for any reason, Employee shall return to Practice all property and Confidential Information (as defined in Section15) received from Practice, Employee shall immediately cease using any passwords or other information provided by Practice for access to Practice's or Practice Client's information systems, and Employee shall return to Practice at Employee's own expense the Workstation and any other equipment or software provided to Employee by Practice.
AMENDMENT:
This Agreement may be amended only by a writing that is signed by both parties.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.

Do not know whether to trust or not
I have also received the appointment letter from Union Cement Company PSC, When i started cross checking there are number of differences there..

Contact numbers are different , Address is different. I think UAE Govt should take action against the person who is making people the fool and one of my friend has also got appointment letter yesterday and the same emoluments have been given to him.

We request UAE Govt to kindly look into this matter.

1.0 CONSULTING PERSONNEL

You shall be expected to work with a prime experienced Union Cement Company team with the mandate to provide excellent services.

2.0 JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION

The work Environment will be within the work metropolis of Union Cement Company, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You are to report immediately to the Human Resource Manager (Mr. Hamad Abbas) upon arrival to conclude prospects of orientation and other logistics.

3.0 SALARY INDICATION

You will eligible to received the amount of Forty-One Thousand, Five Hundred Emirati Dirham’s (AED41,500 )Monthly, equivalent to Eleven Thousand, Three Hundred United States Dollars (11,300USD) as take home salary per month, tax free (Tax Exclusive) monthly, i.e. take home salary- After Tax

WORK TIMING:

Employee hours of work are based on the normal operating hours of the Company and is to be 7 hours daily (Included with meal time) from Saturday to Thursday (9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M).

4.0 ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS


Hazard/Inconveniences: AED 12,200 .00 (Monthly)

Car Maintenance: AED 5,200 (Monthly)

House & Furnishings: AED 43,500 (Yearly)

Entertainment & Recreation: AED 4,000 (Monthly)

Travel & Events: AED 3,500 (Monthly)






5.0 DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

As soon as the employee embark on his or her trip to Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, the employee will undergo 2 weeks probation (training) with the Company to enable the employee become perfect with the position offered to him/her.

6.0 PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL

You are entitled to 2months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart from one different period.

*You will receive AED 24,000.00 Take home for each leave Period.

*Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay AED 17,000 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class.

Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employee's early notification to employer as shall be requested by Employee.

7.0 EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES

Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars (Visa) and Work Resident permit, will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of Employee's expense Report and Receipts proofs of such Expenses.

On no account will employer accept to shoulder costs for Travel Expenses, Processing of Visa, Work/Residence Permit papers of Employee before arrival. This is possibly evade losses that may be accrued to Employer should Employee decide to decline Job offer after certain Expenses must have been made by Employer. Employer will only reimburse Employee of all expenses made on arrival.

This agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re-imbursements will be made fully to Employees upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of Expenses.

The first two months salary shall be paid in advance before any employee of Union Cement Company come down to his/her duty post officially, this is to enable Union Cement Company new Employees settle all his/her domestic needs on arrival. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.

Payment of one month benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employees has enough money in his/her Bank account as the UAE Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand

8.0 SAFETY & SECURITY

Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security both at work locations & Residential Quarters All operations on Job Location are e designed to adhere e strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy. You are entitled to a free and mandatory safety course on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

9.0 FEEDING & ACCOMMODATIONS

Newly recruited staff of Union Cement Company (You) will reside at the Company Residential Staff Estate. There are Single Bed-room and Flat options to choose from. You shall eat at the staff canteen free of charge as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non vegetarians.

10. MEDICAL EXPENSES

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract, and follow on care for any injury(s) sustained during the term of contract for employee and family.































11 PROCUREMENT OF WORK PERMIT/ VISA : You will be expected to furnish us with your valid residence, work permits and Visa from the Shanamal Tours & Travel, Dubai, to enable you work legally with Union Cement Company, before 20th May, 2016, as a proof of seriousness to join the Union Cement Company, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

12 REIMBURSEMENT: You shall be provided with our Reimbursement Application Form where you are expected to fill out the expenses incurred by you while completing the procession of your Visa / resident & work permits papers in the course of joining us, while submitting the form back you are to attach receipt of these expenses you mentioned in the reimbursement form as valid proof that such expenses were actually made by you.

Interview: There shall be no other form of interview as this is an online recruitment process and your basis of selection were strongly based on your professional experience, qualifications and some core values found in your resume/CV by the screening department, there will only be an orientation and training section to educate you more on the environment and the challenges facing you.

On acceptance of the terms of the Contract, you are required to print out this employment bond, fill the gaps in the last page, sign and attach a copy of your passport size photograph on the space given, scan and send a copy back to us for Notarization of your Appointment/Contract and also send a copy to Shanamal Tours & Travel, Dubai, for the completion of the procession of your Visa/resident & work permits papers and this must not exceed the 20th day of May, 2016.

All incoming Employee's are expected to complete the procession of their Visa/resident & work permits papers with the Shanamal Tours & Travel, on their own expenses and will be duly reimbursed accordingly for this is an indisputable policy of the UAE Government Migratory Law and it's also in line with sub-section 12.3 Article 11.42 of the Union Cement Company Constitutional policy and code of conduct which you must adhere to.

Fake Offer Letter From Union Cement Company
I received a appointment order for Senior Chemist from the company Union Cement Company, Ras Al Khaimah by Mr. Hamad Abbas of Human Resource Department stating that there wont be any telephonic interview or calling from company. And selected by just seeing the resume.

And Take home salary is 11300 USD per month with accommodation and food at free of cost and joining date by 13 July 2016.

And asked to pay 1300 USD for visa processing to his agency Shanamal Tour & Travels Int'l.

When i searched and took companies phone number of Ras Al Khaimah plant +971 7-266-8166 and crossed checked to see how safe is the job.The company person said its a fake call and offer letter and no person work in that name in organization. And no recruitment is going on. And they has been receiving the same complaint many times.

How it is possible for person to send a fake appointment by using a organization name and details without someones help in the organization.

How can a single person be a HR MANAGER of so many organization, the contact number given by him has be linked to many organizations and big hospitals.
